This is a static website. It does not set third-party cookies, does not include external analytics, and does not automatically collect browsing data. There are no trackers, advertising pixels or profiling services.

Data is only collected at the user's request when:

  • Sending a contact message (email, WhatsApp): only email address and phone number are collected, processed solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Requesting a technical demo: name, company, email and use case, processed for service delivery and commercial follow-up.

3. Legal Basis

  • Contractual obligation: demo requests, sending technical documentation.
  • Consent: marketing communications (revocable at any time).
  • Legitimate interest: handling contact requests and product development.

4. Storage Period

Collected data is retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and is deleted upon request of the data subject or upon expiration of the period required by law.

5. Data Transfer

Data is not transferred outside the European Union. In the RAGuardian context:

  • The software is self-hosted: user data stays on your own server.
  • With Regolo.ai, inference runs on European infrastructure.
  • With a local model, data never leaves your network.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the data subject has the right to:

  • Access: obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of data.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of personal data.
  • Objection: object to processing at any time.
  • Portability: receive data in a structured format.
  • Withdrawal: withdraw consent at any time.
